Important Event Guidelines
To help us provide a fair and enjoyable learning experience for all participants, please note:
On-Site Interactive Experience: This session is designed as a collaborative, interactive workshop rather than a take-home kit distribution.
Built with Mentors: All materials are reserved for active participants to build during the session. Our dedicated student mentors will be right there to guide you through the engineering process step-by-step!
Keep Your Work: Once your project is fully built and tested on-site, it is absolutely yours to keep and take home!
Late Arrival Policy: Please arrive on time. Due to the step-by-step nature of the build process, if you do not arrive within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, your place will be forfeited and offered to another participant on the waitlist.
Photography & Filming Consent: Attendance at this workshop constitutes consent to be photographed and filmed. Koru STEM reserves the right to use these photos and videos for promotional materials, including website updates and social media content.
