Thank you and important update

Thank you for joining our 1st event in 2026. We really appreciate your participance, patience, and understanding! And we would like to sincerely apologize and address a few issues from today’s event:

1. Regarding the time error in our initial reservation form:

We made an error in the time listed on our initial reservation form, though the poster had the correct time. We later posted an amendment clarifying that the poster time was accurate, but some participants may have missed this update. Going forward, we will include any important corrections or changes directly in the title of our reminder emails to ensure everyone aware to it.

2. About today’s turnout: We were overwhelmed by the response—attendance far exceeded the reseavation, with more than 40 kids instead of the 30 we anticipated! While we didn’t want to turn away any excited children, we underestimated the complexity of the activity and overestimated our ability to properly guide such a large group. To ensure quality instruction and a better experience for everyone, we will no longer accept walk-ins starting with our next event. Advance reservations will be required.

3. For those who missed today due to the time discrepancy: Please email us directly, and we will give you priority reservation for our next event.

We are so proud of all of you—whether or not you completed this advanced project, your effort and enthusiasm were wonderful to see. Due to the large number of participants, we unfortunately didn’t have time to photograph every participant’s work.
